Essential Oils and Crazy Kids

Creating your health can be enhanced beyond the nuts and bolts of nutrition, exercise and environmental toxic load. There are a few additions that I utilise for myself and my family. One of them being the use of essential oils.
I use them in the bath for the babes (small amounts as it is very potent when used for children especially under 2yrs), on hankies for me or my daughter as we are both stress heads and prone to over reacting 😲 ,in handmade balms that I sometimes create for the family and around the house in cleaning products.
These are a few of my favourites that I think everyone should own...

❤ Helichrysum - antibacterial, anti inflammatory, astringent, antioxidant. It accelerates healing of bruises, burns and minor wounds, soothes pain, softens dry skin, reduces the appearance of scars and stretch marks and calms nerves. It also helps removed emotional blockages and promotes perseverance. Ideal for those who suffer anxiety or mental stress .
❤ Frankincense - my favourite EO! It is antifungal, anti inflammatory, antioxidant, carmative, sedative, it boost the immune system, combats infections, alleviates coughs, sore throat, pneumonia, reduces stress and nervous tension & boosts mood. It's uplifting and promotes centering.
❤ Lemon - antifungal, anti inflammatory, antimicrobial, carmative, digestive aid. It repels insects, soothes indigestion, detoxifies the liver, I proves circulation, smooths appearance of wrinkles & is excellent for improving concentration. .
❤ Lavender - analgesic, antifungal, antibacterial, soothes insomnia, treats skin conditions including acne and excess oil, lowers blood pressure, treats allergies and asthma and PMS.

I converted to an avid EO user when I took a risk and used them to aid my labour with both babies.....AMAZING! I used rose oil for uterine relaxation and clary sage for effective uterine contractions. I had two natural, drug free incredible labours and have used oils ever since. They are powerful and so effective. .
I purchase mine through N-Essentials along with other carrier oils and bases.

When my kids are MAD during the day I always pop these divine scents in their bath to bring them down a notch. It works every time and they always sleep amazingly.
❤ Helichrysum - 2 drops .
❤ Frankincense - 3-5 drops
❤ Lavender - 3-5 drops
❤ Peppermint - 1 drop

NB: always be very cautious using EO's with young children and babies. Half doses are always required due to potency.
